Request deletion of your data
Trakvert is a trading name of Trakfinity Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16944831. Registered office: Kemp House, 152–160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
To request deletion of personal information collected through Trakvert’s own services, email support@trakvert.com with the subject ‘Data deletion request’. Tell us which account or business the request concerns and which information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We normally respond within one month of receiving your request. We may need to verify your identity. Where the law permits an extension, we will explain why and tell you the revised deadline. This response commitment is not a guarantee that every non-Meta record will be deleted: we will explain any information we must lawfully retain.
Data connected through Meta
Include the business or connected ad account concerned in your request. An authorised owner or admin can disconnect Meta in the workspace to remove the saved access credential and stop syncing. After a normal disconnect, reports are retained for 90 days, then deleted.
A valid Meta removal request deletes the saved credential, the Meta user identifier and advertising reports obtained through that connection, including associated metadata and sync history. We keep only a minimal security record of the date and type of event, with no Meta content or personal data. An unlinked confirmation code lets you check completion.
Facebook users can also remove Trakvert, if listed, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Select the integration, choose Remove and confirm Remove. This revokes access. When Facebook sends us a valid signed removal request, we delete the connection’s data as described above. Removing an integration is not proof that deletion has completed; email support@trakvert.com if you need confirmation.
Enquiries sent to a business
For information submitted through a business’s landing page, contact the business using the privacy contact shown on that page. The business is responsible for that information and Trakvert processes it on the business’s behalf. If you need help identifying the business, contact support@trakvert.com.
